Found job listing on craigslist(Wednesday), called number listed(make-ready manager)he asked about previous experience then asked to meet with him the next day(Thursday), filled out application, started the following Monday. After starting my new job i was showed around the dealership met with most people i would see on a daily basis and did not meet the General manager untill 4 months after employment.
