It’s done is Zoom call and very thorough. It doesn’t take long. You send you emails of how you’re expected to dress for the zoom interview and all. The connection isn’t the greatest though. During the interview I kept having to say it was pausing of breaking up and it made me feel bad because I kept having to ask for repetition.

Are you okay with working weekend occasionally however when they said occasionally they really meant to say every single weekend.

Interview
There were two interviews the first was a intro phone call just getting to know you. The second interview was in person pretty standard interview questions asking why I would be a good fit and what my experience has taught me. They then take you on a tour of the office and I found out I got the job same day.

The process of the interview and job was quick. The interview itself was fairly short and the hiring process did not take long at all. I was able to work quickly. No complaints for the interview.

Interview
It was a phone/zoom interview that lasts approximately 30 min. Asking why you applied for the role and more questions about previous experience in customer service. It was easy and straight forward, ask questions about schedule.
