online application with CV and cover letter submission, then 1 week later got email from a VP and had 15min phone interview. 2 weeks later invited to AC and had whole day AC at london office. the phone interview was really concise and all about behavioural. the AC included 5 or 6 1:1 interviews with VPs and Directors all about your CV. Group discussion was about deciding a best investment option with each candidate represented one option.

Question 1
not much, just common questions, lots of behavioural, several tech questions including financial statements. the case study at the AC is very simple and straight forward. they required you to present both written and presentation on the case but i really feel the written one is not as important as the presentation.
i made several mistakes in the case study and i think it was what stopped me from the hiring process.

Interview
After application very quick HR interview with basic questions about motivation and availability. After that Technical interview with a manager and senior, questions not too hard. After that case interview with two managers. Case was that i got short financial statements of oil company and brief business situation they are in and I had to analyze it through credit lenses. Not too hard. No word from them or feedback whatsoever after that.

1st step: Hr phone call, they check for level of english and basic financial knowledge.
2. Step: interview with team managers. They check knowledge of the financial world more in depth as well as role specific knowledge

Interview
Very unprofessional. I got until 2 rounds of interviews, nor the HR, nor the managers/potential group leaders could give an answer regarding the possible salary. I had a question regarding the same job in the same division but for the medior position, they did not answer a question saying it's not their territory, although the job description was the very same.
