From start to finish, my interview experience with Morgan Lewis was excellent! I applied online on 8/14 and was invited to an initial interview on 8/20 with an HR representative who set a collegial yet professional tone. She clearly explained the role and the firm, answered my questions and took genuine interest in my background, which made me feel valued right away. I completed two rounds of interviews with BD team members in September. Both interactions were positive as the team was engaging, collaborative and knowledgeable about law firm business development and marketing. I ultimately accepted an offer from another firm on 10/2. I left the process with a highly positive impression and would gladly consider future opportunities with the firm.

While I ultimately accepted an offer elsewhere before reaching final steps here, Morgan Lewis was definitely a top pick, and I'd recommend speaking with them if you are looking for somewhere in Biglaw that offers a more personable and friendly experience.
