30-minute phone screening with the HR person, 1-hour interview with the manager, proofreading test, 2.5-hour in-person session meeting the partners, associates, and paralegals in the Investment Management group (I applied as an Investment Management paralegal) They were very accommodating of my position, expediting the interview process and arranging follow-up calls with the current paralegals

Interview
Very friendly and open, had a great conversation about what the job would entail and my own experiences. It was a phone call that lasted about thirty minutes and the follow ups were in person interviews.
