Pretty fair. Felt more like a conversation than an actual interview. Everyone was very conversational once you got to knew them, but some were more strict than others. Three rounds: phone screen, interview with the hiring manger, and then a 2 hr interview at their office.
I interviewed with other paralegals and a few attorneys over the course of the afternoon. I was also administered a proofreading test. Most of the interview questions were behavioral in nature.
