Interview
Three interviewers sitting in a café in front of one laptop. There is only one microphone among them so sometimes you can't hear what they are saying and have to ask them to repeat. I was first told to introduce myself and what I have done in previous role. Then, they proceeds to show me a screenshot of their current system, explaining they plan to move their service from a third-party software to a web-based environment and ask me what I would do if I join their team. The interview ends with asking if I have any more questions for them. The overall experience is quite average. The interview panels does not look experienced with interviews. I think they are looking for a senior level instead of a junior software developer.

What will you do for this project if you join our team?
Interviewers were late, rude, could not eloquently answer questions about the long term opportunities and development other than 'money'. General tone and demeanour was condescending, self righteous - in hindsight probably should have wrapped early as certainly not somewhere I'd want to be or would recommend unless you're desperate.
