I walked-in, pass a resume and do the initial interview with some HR interns. They will require you to show your portfolio(websites/blog site) and upload your resume to BambooHR, absolutely no IQ test/exam. That was a easy application and the day after, I finished my final interview with the project manager and do the job signing.
