There were a series of phone calls or “rounds” of interviews asking about experience, decision making skills, and ability to work with specific age groups. They were super kind and very easy to talk to!

Question 1
What prior experience do you have working with young adults / children?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Moondance Adventures (Nashville, TN)
Interview
Fair, responsive, interesting. Fun. I had a few phone interviews with multiple different people. They gave me a timeline of expected responses and stuck to it. Not only did they ask validating questions but it turned into an inspiring conversation that made me excited to work with their people.
There are 5 rounds of interviewing and the last round involves talking to the founder Hayes Hitchens. I enjoyed the conversational tone—it helped me determine whether or not it would be a good fit for me. It is not too daunting if a process, but be professional.
