The initial interview was very straight forward, very evident that the interviewer knew exactly what he was looking for. The position offered was very clearly identified, and pertinent questions asked. Previous experience was a topic of discussion, and references were called. After qualifying, I was given a tour of the shop. Everything discussed stayed consistent through the duration of employment. There was no smoke and mirrors.
