We find a lot of bright people. You certainly seem to be one among them.
I am happy that you were expecting an offer from us. We have to look at multiple factors before making an offer. The most important aspect is - can we give you a future growth. Most people join for today's offer but what really matters is the future. We may not be in a position to give growth to everyone. So, we offer to those who we believe we can give a good growth. That said, it doesn't mean anything about the candidate's skills or capabilities.
We care for people's careers irrespective of whether they are a Moolyan or not. You may work with us in future so we keep the door open for those possibilities and we hope you too will.
