Interview process was fantastic, great communication about where I stood in the process as we were going through it, this was thoughtful and important to me. The Moogsoft culture really shined through, which was super impressive as I went through the interview.

Question 1
Questions were very position orientated, not "canned" interview questions but focused and tapped into what I action daily in my role as Sales Director.
During the later round was asked to whiteboard my thoughts and sales strategy. This was a bit unconventional and appreciated as we had real conversation about processes and driving results.
