Very impressed with the interview process. Quick and extremely professional. Very easy to communicate and understand where you are throughout the entire process. Took about 2 weeks to do 3 phone interviews (2 technical) and 1 onsite interview.

Interview
Interview via referral. Spoke with the executive recruiter who walked me through the process. The screening process was unique in that the recruiter really likes to know their candidates. I was given the opportunity to present my case as part of the recruiter's write up since I was junior in my years of experience.

Interview
Had an initial interview with the head of talent which was followed by a technical interview. The technical interview covered basic Linux admin and SQL. Then, a call with the SE Director which was more about personality fit than anything too technical. Had an in-person meeting (wouldn't call it an interview) with local account team and finally a 30 minute interview with VP. All interviews were approx. 30 minutes and relatively straight-forward. It was the best interview experience I have had!
