I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Moody's (New York, NY) in Aug 2009
Interview
Came in the afternoon. Met individually with about 5 managers on the team. Asked basic questions about my communication skills and my experiences on my resume etc.
Next day received call that i got the position.
