Mood Health interview questions

Multi-phase interview process. Met with CEO first then CTO, followed by other key team members. The atmosphere of the interviews were relaxed but also focused. Everything felt natural and the sterility that can be found during the process of some organizations.

Had an intital interview with someone from HR who stated they never looked at my Resume. Very basic questions. Then went on to a second interview with an MD/DO who gave a bit more structure to the interview but seemed out of the loop as well in terms of the position I was applying for.
