1) Recruiter screening call - this took about 30 mins
2) Take home task - this was to analyse a few data sets, and put together some slides~6 hours work
3) Final stage was Technical (1 hour) then followed by Culture Fit (1 hour)

I applied through company website, there one hr initial call ask why monzo, why now etc . then it is an initial call with senior analytics engineer to talk about the technical example it is mainly focus on one or 2 examples and dig deep into it. then it is take home task around sql and data modelling documentation in bigquery.

Interview
Took very long and then I just got ghosted about the process for the technical stage. Very unprofessional for such a big company. Would not recommend just based on this experience with them.
The interview experience overall was very positive. Standard screen call -> chat with AE manager -> take home assessment -> final interview which includes both architectural thinking and sql live debugging.
