I applied through company website, there one hr initial call ask why monzo, why now etc . then it is an initial call with senior analytics engineer to talk about the technical example it is mainly focus on one or 2 examples and dig deep into it. then it is take home task around sql and data modelling documentation in bigquery.

Took very long and then I just got ghosted about the process for the technical stage. Very unprofessional for such a big company. Would not recommend just based on this experience with them.
