Very general interview questions. Interviewed by immediate supervisor. This may vary depending on the position applied for. Positions include: legal, graphic design, research, writing, sales, general office work, etc. I've also witnessed other interviewees meet with multiple staff members and even given tours of the office. My interview, however, was 1-on-1 and very informal.
