Intense 5 stage recruitment process. Unclear process, horrible communication and difference in expectations vs. job descriptions. Got ghosted after 2 interviews and being asked to prepare for a third one, which would had been a study case about Hedge Funds. Was forced to send 3 emails asking for feedback and status of the process. Simply, horrendous.
