You apply online at montefiore.org. Then if you are one of the lucky folks or if you know someone that's work at the Hospital, they can vouch for you. You get a call/email to come in to meet the HR person, then the Hiring Manager the same day. If you pass the Interview you will get a call with Job offer then a package in the mail or go in to HR to sign the offer.
