Interview
Overall it was a good interview experience. Friendly, inviting and unique questions were asked to help smooth the process. Communication was good and the questions weren't all just your vague generalized ones.

Interview
The hiring process was wonderful and easily streamlined. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process.
You will have multiple interviews with department leadership and my approach was to be transparent and answered questions as if I were speaking with family.

Interview
Met with an executive and HR rep. Was advised the department was lacking in actual trained professional sales, was assured the process was easy as pie. Spent more time selling me the position than actually discussing the actual job, pushed hard for long term commitment. Usually a red flag, and it should be.
Pay was pitched as open and negotiable, its not.
