I did a 15 minute phone screener interview with HR and then a 45 minute video interview with the hiring team. Then they ghosted me with no communication whatsoever. HR very nonresponsive.

The hiring team asked fairly general questions, I was prepared for more technical questions for an IT role but it did not come up.
The initial step is a phone call with the recruiter but they never followed up. The role was a solo IT support at the office and the questions asked were the typical behavior questions.
