The overall process is fast, what really takes long are the many steps that it has. The first step is a initial screen with a recruiter to discover if you are a good fit. If you pass this one then you are going to be sent to a online test like hackerrank but unlike other places it is not about a complex algorithm that you never uses, it is about real use cases from the real world. After this you are going to have a second interview with the recruiter and then a first technical interview which is basically a talk about what you know in general and your experiences. The next step is the hardest one, it is the take home challenge. You have 16 hours to accomplish it but no time frame to do it, you can work on it 2h a day and that is fine by them, they just ask you to not use more than the 16 hours. If you pass the test there are going to be 3 more interviews. The first one to talk about the test. The second one with the offer from the recruiter. The third one with the manager from the program you are going to be working at. The last part after the test is much more a culture fit than anything else. The only reason you are not going to pass there is if you are not used to work at consultancy firms.
