I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Monks (London, England) in Sept 2021
Interview
Started with a recruiter vetting my qualifications which then progressed to an interview with a manager that was very easy and chilled out just detailing background and your personality etc. Successful candidates did a data assignment and a written assignment which was very straightforward depending on your experience.
Then was 4 back to back interviews which were still quite chilled out but more challenging all dialling in to something more specific. After that a formal offer was made

Interview
I was contacted after I applied to a role here and was sent a task and tests to do. I completed this and let them know but never heard anything back. I reached out to the person I had spoken to, and they sent me an email to fill in my availability for a meeting which I did. Then never heard back and never got any confirmation of a meeting, but apparently, I was booked in for 4 30 min meetings over a period of 3 days which is ridiculous. It's funny that this was after the meetings were supposed to happen, and no one even said anything when I didn't show up.
This company seems huge and a lot of the communication seemed like an automated email which is not very nice when wanting to learn about a company to potentially join it. I think they need to relook at their recruitment process, and start focusing on quality rather than just numbers.
