I had a disappointing experience with the interview process at Monkhub. After sending my resume to HR via a senior referral on LinkedIn, my interview was scheduled three days later. However, on the interview day, despite multiple follow-ups via calls and messages, I was informed that I had been waitlisted and would be updated later.
Around two weeks later, I noticed the same position posted on Internshala, so I applied again and reached out to HR with a follow-up message. There was no response until I received a call in the evening, informing me that my interview was scheduled for the next day at 3:30 PM. However, I didn’t receive any email or SMS with further details. Despite being ready on time and following up through calls and messages at least four times, I received no response from HR.
