Interview
Skype call discussing working history and told me what the job was like. The call lasted around 20 minutes and I heard back within an hour with an offer to work for them. They had good communication before and after the interview.

They ask you a lot of questions regarding your availability for working hours and days. Also, you must be from a native speaking country or you will not be accepted at all.
