Interview
I had 5 rounds of interview , with 3 rounds with Engineering and Product team , 1 HR round and 1 with CTO. And even after so many rounds Moneycorp never bothered to even give a feedback . The recruiter chased them many time , but it was silence. Really surprised , that even when CTO got involved they don't have the basic professionalism to even say drop a one liner . The role was to bring in change , but looks like they need consultancies to imbibe basic professionalism and communication in the organisation. never had such experience in 20 years of career.

Standard. Nothing out of the ordinary. Frankly easier than expected, only one round process beyond a standard screening. Which in hindsight is slightly questionable. Mine was completed over zoom for a hybrid position.
