1. The 1st interview was with the CPO "Elena Panchenko", she asked about my experience and knowledge around product management and the Payment domain, the call was more than great and went so well. 2. I was asked to submit a huge prolonged product management task that took me more than 5 days to finalize, my submission was very descriptive and included much hard work, market analysis, and even product strategy planning. 3. Elena took more than 3 weeks to review the task to schedule a call and discuss it further. The 2nd interview was with her and a product manager from her team, I was presenting the FULL slides as if she hadn't even read it once, which took a lot of time to view all the slides as mentioned it was a huge one. Even after all of this, I have addressed all their questions very detailed and professional manner. 4. 4 weeks have passed without any response from her side, which made me decide to check with her once more, she mentioned that the process may take another month to just decide whether I'm qualified or not. 5. After passing this extra month, I have reached out once more without any response from her, feedback, or even a formal rejection.
