Due colloqui, il primo con una recruiter e il secondo con la manager. Mi è stato riferito durante il secondo ed ultimo colloquio che il giorno successivo avremmo ricevuto l'esito (cosa non avvenuta). Ho anche inviato mail alla recruiter e alla manager alcuni giorni dopo ma nessuna risposta. Chi lavora nell'HR come me rimane sconvolto da questo comportamento, sarebbe bastata una semplice mail di rifiuto e non ci sarebbe stato nessun tipo di problema. Consiglio all'azienda di rivedere meglio i fondamentali di un processo di selezione

The recruiter was not so friendly and did not send any rejection or answer. The interview was easy questions but the recruiter did not now on the job question i asked
My experience with the hiring process was generally positive. I applied online on March 29, 2024, and had my first interview on April 17. The second interview was on May 2 at the Jeddah office. The communication and reception were amicable and kind, but I have not received any feedback regarding the job yet. Overall, it was a pleasant and professional experience.

great, professional, nice, positive feedback the next day, clear process and so then onboarding, with respect, my job turned out to be exactly as expected (no broken promises), one of the best
