Very straight forward interview process. My hiring recruiter “AJ Kirkman” was very respectful and transparent with the requirements, comp and pay, and benefits that comes with the job. I am very happy with the recruiter and the results with my interview.

I had a positive experience interviewing with Momentum Solar. The recruiter Joana was professional, responsive, and clearly explained the role expectations and compensation structure. The team was transparent about the commission structure and what it takes to succeed in solar sales.
