I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Momentum Solar (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2025
Interview
On Friday, talent recruiter Brandy Brooks called and emailed to schedule an interview for the following Tuesday morning. The interview was confirmed, and Brandy (punctual, polite, and professional) called Tuesday to conduct the interview. Our experience together was stellar, my talents and skillset were recognized and appreciated, and we finished the interview both very excited to continue moving forward. A follow-up with management, Mr. Richard Kranich, was scheduled for the following morning. Several timeslot options were presented, the earliest available was accepted, and Mr. Kranich and I met on a Microsoft Teams meeting to discuss compensation and scheduling. Both interviews lasted approximately 20-30 minutes, and both interviewers were excellent at explaining the job description, hiring/training process, and steps to move forward.

I applied online. I interviewed at Momentum Solar (Orlando, FL) in May 2026
Interview
Very professional, detailed, and honest. I've avoided other companies because I didnt see team culture or ownership of properly hiring and developing talent to be top producers. The first interview with recruiter was professional and detailed, and the hiring manager had great energy and was just as professional as the recruiter.

Interview
I was called by Joanna Carpenter a day after I applied for the role on Indeed. She was fantastic in finding out more about me and what I was looking for. She spoke about Momentum and the role they were hiring for as well as laying out the company's culture and mission. I really enjoyed speaking with her and felt very comfortable moving forward in the process. She called me after I received the offer to congratulate me.
Jo then set me up with an in-person interview with our Sales Manager for the Warwick, RI office David DiChiara. We had an immediate rapport and he really conveyed his team culture and the great opportunity for me that was on the table. I spoke to my sales experience and what I would bring to the role. I felt very encouraged after leaving our interview and excited to start with Momentum.
