Interview process went pretty well overall, first got called for a screening interview, then promptly for an interview with the CEO. Super lovely, very pleasant people, was assured that a final round interview would be scheduled shortly before getting ghosted.

Question 1
What was the most challenging problem you've solved in your career?
Had a couple of rounds of chats, with HR and then an editor and then the director. Everyone was very friendly and it felt more like a conversation, they wanted to learn more about me and my work history and skills. I think it also helped to have some questions prepared to ask them as well about the role

Question 1
Tell us about yourself and why you want to join this role
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Momentum Media (North Sydney) in Mar 2021
Interview
It was a very standard process. I applied and after a couple of weeks, I got a call from HR as the first filter. She was very nice and asked general questions to know more about me and my experience. Then they sent a quick "test" to assess my skills and knowledge and a few days later I got invited to the office for a last interview with the person that would be my manager and they showed me around the studio and office spaces. This interview was very light and straight to the point. She asked about the test, and a few more questions specific to the role. After that, in less than a week I was informed I got the job and they sent the offer letter. It was generally a good experience because there were no unnecessary tasks or interviews.
