Momentum ITSMA interview questions

3 stage interview, quick process. But they ended up hiring someone significantly less experienced whilst claiming that they were looking for someone senior in this role. Found the whole thing quite odd.

There were 2 rounds after the screener. There were a couple of scheduling issues on their end and, during the first interview, the interviewer complained to me that the scheduler used up her last free half hour to schedule the interview with me. I thought that was unprofessional and unnecessary to say to an interviewee - it certainly started the interview on an awkward note. The rest of the process was standard. I got the impression that there’s disorganization and possibly unrealistic expectations of the team on their end. I was notified via a generic email that I did not get an offer and, despite making it to the last stage, there was no feedback whatsoever. I asked the recruiter for more information and didn’t receive any.
