It takes several weeks to go from OA to interview, and several weeks from interview to final update. The decision time is so long.... They just have too many candidates. The job market is so bad....

Applied through wellfound, got an OA and a phone interview with HR, asked some basic question about time to start the intern, location preference,etc. but didn't heard back after the the phone interview.
