She asked if I had experience, which I do (nearly 4 years, in fact); I went over my credentials and when asked how I clean a house I went into detail as I had been trained at Merry Maids years ago. I was hired on the spot which at FIRST I was happy about but as they say, "if it seems too good to be true, it probably is". She did not even run my background check or do the mandatory drug screening beforehand. She simply started me less than a week later and it was horrid from there on out.

Interviewer was polite and friendly, explained the job duties and expectations clearly, asked about availability and ability to work in Canada. She outlined which areas the teams work in, how many teams she has, and who goes where.
