Interview
Very quick and brief. Owner seems desperate. Practically beg you to work there. Run background check after interview, while u wait in office. Hired on the spot. English speaking is not a requirement. Signing a lot of different contracts required.
Interviewer was polite and friendly, explained the job duties and expectations clearly, asked about availability and ability to work in Canada. She outlined which areas the teams work in, how many teams she has, and who goes where.

Asked the usual questions, very friendly and made you feel you wasn’t in an interview and just having a chat, lovely owners and very welcoming and always say thankyou when you have finished for the day
