The interview process started with a phone call screening with basic questions about myself and work experience. After that I was set up to meet with the team I would be working with, this was an hour long interview over Microsoft Teams in which there was supposed to be a skills assessment but one did not happen. I was considered a "finalist" after this.
I was then asked to provide a 2 page paper on how I would develop an intervention work plan specifically for breast cancer patients. This all involved measuring the effectiveness, the justification for the implementation of the intervention, and barriers. It was basically a homework assignment given to me over the weekend.
I was then scheduled for the skills assessment I did not get the opportunity to do previously. It was a 30 min. Teams interview with a new member of the team I had not spoken with previously. The skills assessment was a bit off for me considering I was asked to do things specifically their way of analyzing the data in excel even though I found it convoluted to do it the way they liked since I received the same answer my way, but that is nor here nor there. Then asked to write a simple code in sql, but I did not remember nor have I ever used the function asked before so I bombed that 2nd half of the skills assessment, even though I could have googled and figured it out in 1 minute. It is what it is, and was not chosen after the skills assessment.
