I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare (Bothell, WA) in Mar 2012
Interview
Interview consisted of two people, 45 minutes of questions and answers, very pleasant atmosphere. At the end of the interview, I was asked to do a skills test which consisted of composing an email response to a complaint they had received and to compose a letter response with specific instructions. I felt there was not enough time to compose the two items. I was also asked to fill out a list of computer programs that I was familiar with. The skills portion of the interview was to be completed in 15 minutes which did not happen, more time was needed.
Very structured It was a zoom meeting Cameras were turned on And there was a panel of people to interview me All the questions seemed prepared and consistent and weee multi part

Interview
It was a group interview conductive for 4 different women. They didn't ask anything complicated, just standard questions about my skills, more particularly about my organizational and calendaring experience. Ultimately, they chose to pursue other candidates, but I I felt it was more of them finding someone else. The interview process wasn't that hard, though it may be difficult to be attentive to 4 different interviewers
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Are you a funny person? (one woman actually asked this. Felt more like a cultural fit question more than anything)
