it was an interview that was set up to ask me question so that they could find our information in order to make a decision that was all that was going on
around 30 minutes long with the area manager alone, general questions about past experiences, personal growth etc., overall quite chill, got the offer immediately at the end of the interview.

Interview
Very quick. The manager asked me why I wanted to work in retail and about the products they sell. The manager didn't ask much about my experience or CV. My impression is that the manager wasn't very well prepared to interview me but I could realise the interviewer liked me from the start. Overall experience was fairly easy.
