After applying I received an email from their recruiting team. No name associated with the email, just careers at Moishe House. Was sent a link to complete a one way video interview that expired within 2 days. I'm really disappointed Moishe House has chosen to go this route. It speaks volumes about the company that they can't take a few minutes out their day for a phone screen. Especially for an organization that is so focused on community and building relationships. These one way interviews are demeaning, awkward, and impersonal. Furthermore interviews are a two way street and give the candidate no opportunity to ask the hiring manager questions or get a sense for the company/role.
