I was contacted by the recruiter for an interview. I had to follow up numerous times to then get something scheduled. Interview was rather informal but conversational. I thought it went well and was told I was moving ahead to next rounds. That was over 3 weeks ago and nothing. I was actually referred to this organization too so it's even more disappointing. Pretty terrible candidate experience and salaries were very low for the market.
