Interview take like as normally as every person interview which question of answer he want so that type of question will be ask to me.

Interview
At first, CV was sent by email. The candidate is selected further only if he scores 65% in 10 and 10+2. Than a telephonic interview takes place. Next, written tests are taken on the skills required. If the written tests are cleared, than a test on English vocabulary is taken. Further, an aptitude test is taken online to compare the candidate with the company benchmark. At the end of it all, and on clearing all the above tests, the final interview is taken by the director, who asks questions related to background, expectations, IQ testing questions, integrity, past experience and work profile expected.
