They really put you through the ringer. There are multiple rounds that require a ton of time, and if you're currently working, expect to put in some time off. There is a phone interview where the recruiter asks you basic questions pertaining to the role and determines if you are a good fit. Since that went well, I was asked to meet with the hiring manager who told me flat-out that I was a front-runner for the position and that I would need to do a 4 hour interview with 4 different people in the company. So I take a day off to go to the interview and all the interviews go extremely well. One of the interviewers even said, "I look forward to seeing you here again soon." About a week later I was sent this super generic rejection email with no reason as to why I was rejected despite the glowing feedback I got from the interviewers and hiring manager. I even e-mailed the hiring manager asking for feedback regarding the interview with no response whatsoever. The position was reopened on their site so I applied again and was completely ignored.
