Interview
There was a screening call with recruiter, then interview with manager. There was a lot of time between interviews. Typical questions - what did you do at your previous role. How could that relate to this role etc
It started with 2 rounds of routine behavioral interview, then a super day of 5 to 6 back to back interviews with a prepared assignment and presentation. Followed by a closing interview with executive.

Interview
Friendly early interviewers, good information. Would note that they ask for an assignment that involves in depth pitching and discovery, and they do not provide feedback on progress or a rubric of what they are looking for. Not a major issue, still a strong interview process, but be prepared to know their business very well before you have even discussed an offer.

Assignment: select 5 people from a specific company they provide that is already a customer, and create a custom cadence with 3 steps to target one member of the 5 prospects selected. Then do a mock discovery with your chosen targeted prospect.
