I reach out to a former colleague for referral, I had on-phone interview with recruiter and then two rounds of on-site (with two current employees each time), the first set of interview was with the hiring manager and a peer co-worker

It was an average difficulty interview and an overall positive one. The main questions were about software implementation and life sciences industry. They also asked questions about cultural and team fits.

Interview process is good, touches all the advanced technologies and features. Know about the company before you attend the interview. technical screening would be tough. Fresher Interview is more tough than for a experienced person. Case study round is tougher part for freshers.
