Model 1 Commercial Vehicles interview questions

The interview process was straightforward. They mainly asked about my background, previous shop experience, and understanding of vehicle inspections. It was relaxed and professional, focusing on attitude, reliability, and basic mechanical knowledge.

Two interviews, one with the hiring manager and one with another manager. We reviewed my resume, work experience, then talked about the company culture. Office was nice, seemed casual. Ultimately, it wasn’t a good fit for me so I declined.
