30 minutes with a recruiter, a panel interview with a hiring manager (behavior), and two interviews with software engineers (general coding, not LeetCode) and a system design (basic one). Later, onsite team matching with their CEO, Engineering Manager, Staff and Senior engineers.
During the panel interview, you will work with real pro-engineers you want to work with in the future; the onsite one will disappoint you. Expect charades; prepare yourself to speak corporate nonsense to their engineering manager, staff, and senior software engineers, who, of course, start reading your CV for 5 minutes in silence in front of you and admitting that they need to call your employer to verify your level of involvement in the projects listed in your CV.
