I applied online. I interviewed at Mobile Communications America (Bowling Green, KY) in Oct 2023
Interview
Process is a little too long. Recruiter phone interview, to phone interview with the district manager, to remote video interview with the regional director. Pay range was not included in original job post and no one early in the process could really talk about expected salary or on target earnings until you got to the 3rd interview with the regional director. This made for wasted time on both my part and theirs as their salary range and OTE for year 1 were well below my current role. It was at that point in the conversation with the regional director that we both realized there was no point in continuing the conversation, but wish each other well in the future.

Interview
Good experience. HM was very personable. I didn't get the job but the recruiter followed up and gave me actual helpful insights on things I could've improved on. Was disappointed but didn't feel disrespected.

Interview
Simple technical questions, what is a resistor, a capacitor, inductor? First round hiring screen without any real questions, second round very very fundamental questions about EE, nothing RF related at all during the entire interview process
