Zoom call with CEO. I had to wait 5 minutes during the start of the call for him to write something on his phone. I found him to be an exceptionally arrogant individual - kept going back to his phone throughout the interview. Only engaged when speaking about himself and how great the company is. Was distracted throughout the call. Probably the worst interview I have ever had. I told him that I didn't think we were the right fit during the call, which he didn't seem to care.
