Interview
I took a test when I submitted my application. Got a call back after a few hours and set an interview appointment. Typical office environment but they were very disorganized and I ended up being in their office for almost 3 hours. I interviewed with the manager first then they made me wait to get a second opinion. I interviewed with the COO next and then they made me wait for almost an hour to meet with the CEO. And then I had to wait again while they reconvene to decide whether they were gonna offer me the position or not. Just be prepared to be there for hours. Questions were pretty simple and not hard to answer.
It was all in one day, 3 separate people interviewed. They offered me a position with lackluster benefits. The interviewers were all nice and I appreciated how descriptive they were with the process. I declined the position

Interview
Very unique interview, the way the recruiter asks you questions about yourself rather than the typical "qualifications and experience". Overall, it was a pleasant interview and an easy hiring process.
